- Develop compelling grant proposals, budgets, and reports meeting funder requirements
- Cultivate relationships with program officers and key stakeholders
- Manage grant pipeline and track submission deadlines
- Collaborate with program staff to gather impact data and success stories
- Maintain accurate grant records in CRM systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years professional grant writing experience
- Proven track record securing $500K+ in annual grants
- Exceptional writing, editing, and research skills
- Strong analytical abilities for budget development
- Knowledge of nonprofit financial management principles
- Experience with federal grant applications (e.g., HUD, NIH)
