Responsibilities
- Develop compelling grant proposals for federal, state, and private foundations
- Manage a portfolio of 15+ active funding opportunities with $3M+ annual targets
- Conduct thorough research on funding trends and donor priorities
- Collaborate with program teams to design impactful project narratives
- Prepare accurate budgets and financial justifications
- Maintain compliance with funder reporting requirements
- Mentor junior staff on grant writing best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of successful grant writing experience
- Proven track record of securing $500K+ in annual funding
- Expertise with federal grants (SAM.gov, Grants.gov)
- Exceptional storytelling and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce and grant management systems
- Portfolio of 3+ successful grant applications
