Responsibilities
- Research and identify grant opportunities aligned with organizational priorities
- Develop compelling, data-driven grant proposals and reports
- Cultivate relationships with foundations, government agencies, and corporate partners
- Manage grant application processes from research to submission
- Collaborate with program teams to align funding requests with impact metrics
- Maintain accurate grant databases and reporting systems
- Track grant outcomes and prepare impact narratives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of grant writing experience in non-profit or public sector
- Proven success securing $500K+ in annual grant funding
- Expertise in federal, state, and private foundation grant applications
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation experience
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Master's preferred)
