- Manage complex grant reporting requirements and compliance documentation
- Analyze funding trends and maintain up-to-date grant prospectus database
- Collaborate with finance team to develop accurate program budgets
- Maintain 90%+ grant submission success rate through meticulous quality control
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of proven grant writing success in nonprofit/healthcare sector
- Track record of securing $500K+ annually in competitive grants
- Expertise with federal (SAM.gov), state, and foundation grant processes
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with measurable impact demonstration
- Advanced proficiency in grant management software (e.g., GrantStation)
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environment
