Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain enterprise software solutions.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party IT projects to ensure alignment with state goals.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior analysts and support staff.
- Ensure strict compliance with state security protocols and data privacy regulations.
- Perform system performance tuning, testing, and quality assurance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis, preferably within the public sector or government.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Java, or .NET technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
- Ability to obtain necessary security clearances.
