Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the configuration of Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Implement and monitor robust cybersecurity protocols and disaster recovery plans.
- Lead complex troubleshooting for network connectivity and application failures.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to upgrade legacy IT systems.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior IT support staff.
- Conduct regular system performance audits and capacity planning.
- Document technical processes and maintain accurate system records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise-level IT support or administration.
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud technologies.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, firewalls, and VPNs.
- ITIL or CompTIA Security+ certification preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a State of Tennessee security clearance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
