Job Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and administration of complex IT solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable software architectures and enhance cybersecurity protocols.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, deployment, and management of enterprise-level network infrastructure and cloud solutions.
- Oversee cybersecurity operations, including vulnerability assessments and incident response planning.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of junior developers and IT support staff.
- Develop and maintain strategic IT roadmaps aligned with state government goals and compliance standards.
- Conduct system performance analysis and implement optimizations to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or software development.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or AWS Solutions Architect are highly desirable.
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects and leading technical teams.
- Strong knowledge of Python, Java, or C# programming languages.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
