Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructure and hardware systems.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for end-users across the organization.
- Develop and enforce cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive government data.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify technology needs and optimize workflows.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, network administration, or a related role.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, and virtualization technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Experience working in a government or public sector environment is a plus.
