Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and optimization of the County's wide-area network (WAN) and local area network (LAN) infrastructure to ensure 99.9% uptime.
  • Lead and manage enterprise cybersecurity initiatives, including vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and compliance with HIPAA and FISMA standards.
  • Provide high-level technical support, troubleshooting, and strategic guidance to department heads and senior staff regarding complex IT issues.
