Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize complex federal IT infrastructure and network security protocols.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives and modernize legacy government systems.
- Ensure full compliance with federal regulations, cybersecurity standards (FISMA), and ITIL best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable software solutions and cloud architectures.
- Provide high-level technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff and contractors.
- Conduct system audits and performance assessments to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Active Federal Public Trust Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and virtualization technologies.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Demonstrated experience in project management within a government or enterprise environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
