Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain federal IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cybersecurity tools.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, NIST standards, and security protocols.
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for federal employees and systems.
- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to protect sensitive data.
- Document system configurations, incident reports, and technical procedures in accordance with federal standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and upgrade IT solutions.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret Clearance (or ability to obtain one) is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal IT environments.
- Strong knowledge of network security, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Experience with federal contracting vehicles (e.g., GSA Schedule) is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
