Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network infrastructure across federal agencies.
- Ensure compliance with strict government security standards (FISMA, NIST) and data protection protocols.

Qualifications

- Expert knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux administration.
- Strong proficiency in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
