Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of IT programs, from initiation and planning to execution and closure.
- Coordinate with federal stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Monitor project performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure compliance.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with government contracts and technical implementations.
- Prepare detailed status reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams, including cybersecurity and engineering units.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT program management or federal contracting.
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance is required.
- Strong knowledge of federal compliance standards (FISMA, NIST).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Salesforce.
