Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs) for federal facilities.
- Implement and maintain rigorous cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive government data.
- Configure, test, and install hardware and software systems to meet agency specifications.
- Conduct system analysis and code development to improve system performance and user experience.
- Manage IT projects within strict budget and timeline constraints.
- Provide advanced technical support and training to staff across multiple departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in IT support, systems administration, or cybersecurity.
- Active Public Trust Security Clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
- Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP), cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and virtualization technologies.
