Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Facilitate Agile and Scrum ceremonies, acting as a servant-leader for development and engineering teams.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies to prevent scope creep.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and challenges effectively to executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate resources and vendors to ensure optimal project execution and budget adherence.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in project management methodology and process improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a public sector or enterprise IT environment.
- Professional certification (PMP, PgMP, or SAFe Program Consultant) is highly desirable.
- Proven experience leading large-scale IT initiatives, software development, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong proficiency in using project management tools (Jira, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps).
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
