Responsibilities
- Oversee enterprise network security protocols and incident response
- Manage cloud infrastructure migration (AWS/Azure)
- Lead cross-departmental digital transformation projects
- Develop/maintain county-wide database systems
- Train staff on cybersecurity best practices
- Collaborate with vendors for technology procurement
- Create technical documentation and SOPs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in IT/Computer Science + 5 years experience
- CompTIA Security+/CISSP certification required
- Expertise in Windows Server and Active Directory
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and database management
- Project management certification (PMP/Scrum) preferred
- Oklahoma government IT compliance experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
