Responsibilities
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of federal retirement systems.
- Analyze complex IT requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations, security protocols, and data privacy laws.

- Mentor junior staff and conduct technical training sessions.
- Perform system audits and risk assessments to ensure operational continuity.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal IT project management or systems analysis.
- Active or eligibility for a Public Trust Security Clearance.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or C# within a government environment.
- Proven experience with pension administration software and database management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
