Responsibilities
- System Administration: Manage and maintain enterprise-level IT infrastructure for federal clients, ensuring 99.9% uptime.
- Security Compliance: Ensure all systems adhere to strict federal and state security regulations (FISMA, NIST).
- Technical Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for complex hardware and software environments.
- Project Management: Lead small-scale IT modernization projects from conception to deployment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate technical documentation and compliance records.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with government stakeholders to define technical requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or system administration within the government sector.
- Certifications: Active Security+ or CISSP certification is highly preferred.
- Clearance: Ability to obtain or maintain a Top Secret/Secret clearance.
