Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain complex IT infrastructure solutions for state and federal clients.
- Conduct security assessments and ensure compliance with federal standards (e.g., NIST, FedRAMP).
- Lead technical projects from conception through deployment, managing timelines and resources effectively.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and optimize system performance.
- Document technical architecture, procedures, and system configurations for knowledge transfer.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or a related technical role.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and virtualization technologies.
- Experience with federal or state government IT systems and compliance requirements is highly preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to obtain a state security clearance (if applicable).
