Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex government IT systems and software solutions.
- Conduct system analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend strategic improvements.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local government security regulations and standards.
- Lead technical projects from conception through deployment, managing cross-functional teams.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for internal government stakeholders.
- Document technical specifications, processes, and system architectures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management and system administration.
- Experience working with government contracts or public sector IT environments is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and database management.
- Proven ability to obtain or maintain a required government security clearance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
