Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for federal agency hardware and software during night operations.
- Monitor and analyze system logs to detect security anomalies and ensure 24/7 network availability.
- Perform routine system maintenance, patch management, and hardware upgrades on a scheduled night shift.
- Respond to and resolve critical service tickets with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Collaborate with day-shift personnel to document issues and ensure seamless operational continuity.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret clearance or eligibility to obtain one (required for federal roles).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support or system administration within a government or secure environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and network protocols (TCP/IP).
- Familiarity with FedRAMP compliance standards and security clearance procedures.
- Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions during off-hours.
