Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for state systems during weekend hours
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure, databases, and network security
- Deploy and configure hardware/software across state facilities
- Document incidents, resolutions, and system changes in ITSM platforms
- Collaborate with weekday teams during system transitions
- Conduct weekend system backups and disaster recovery testing
- Ensure compliance with Michigan IT security policies (FISMA, NIST)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT/Cybersecurity or equivalent experience
- 3+ years enterprise IT support experience
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Valid Michigan driver's license for occasional site visits
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Government security clearance preferred
