Responsibilities
- Analyze complex IT requirements and design scalable technical solutions for government systems.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal and state cybersecurity standards and regulations.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party software implementations.
- Conduct system performance tuning, security audits, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Mentor junior staff members and conduct technical training sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in government or large-scale enterprise IT environments.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or .NET.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and database management systems (SQL).
- Proven experience in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
