Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP)
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Oversee cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS) and hybrid system integrations
- Provide Tier-3 technical support for complex system issues
- Develop disaster recovery plans and conduct system backups
- Collaborate with cross-agency IT teams on statewide initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of Windows Server administration experience
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Strong knowledge of Azure/AWS cloud services
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation
- State government IT compliance knowledge preferred
