Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise Windows/Linux server environments and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and maintain PCI/DSS compliance standards
- Lead system migration projects and optimize network performance
- Provide Tier-3 support for 500+ state agency users
- Develop disaster recovery plans and conduct quarterly drills
- Collaborate with state agencies on IT modernization initiatives
- Mentor junior administrators and document SOPs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field (5+ years experience acceptable)
- 3+ years enterprise system administration with Active Directory
- CompTIA Security+ and AWS/Azure certification required
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and containerization
- Strong understanding of federal/state compliance frameworks
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Oklahoma residency required at hire
- Valid driver's license
