Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage complex IT systems, server infrastructure, and network environments.
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to ensure high availability and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation and technology integration.
- Maintain and update technical documentation, including network diagrams and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal information security regulations and policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in IT systems administration or a related technical field.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Proven expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Linux, and virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Strong understanding of network security protocols, firewalls, and disaster recovery planning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
- Ability to pass a thorough background check and obtain necessary security clearances.
