Responsibilities
- Analyze complex system requirements and design scalable IT solutions for state infrastructure projects.
- Lead a cross-functional team in the development, testing, and deployment of software applications.
- Ensure data integrity and security compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and optimize workflow efficiency.
- Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting for server and network systems.
- Document technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and system procedures.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis or software development within a government or enterprise environment.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL) and cloud computing platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical presentations.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance if required.
