Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and manage enterprise-level IT systems, including servers, networks, and cloud environments.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex hardware and software issues across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Implement and monitor robust security protocols to ensure data privacy and compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Lead or participate in IT project planning, including vendor management, system upgrades, and software deployments.
- Conduct regular system performance tuning and capacity planning to ensure optimal uptime and reliability.
- Train staff on new technologies and best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be substituted.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in IT systems analysis, administration, or a related technical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or Java for scripting and data manipulation.
- Experience with Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and IT service management best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment under tight deadlines.
