Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and system designs.
- Develop, test, and implement software solutions and system enhancements using Java, SQL, and Oracle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including system administrators and developers, to ensure seamless integration.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all systems, including technical manuals and process flows.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering to deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in systems analysis, design, and development.
- Proficiency in SQL, Java, and database management systems (Oracle/SQL Server).
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and version control tools (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to obtain a background check and a valid Nevada driver's license may be required.
