Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of complex IT systems and software solutions for state agencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and ensure project milestones are met.
- Conduct system performance testing and troubleshooting to ensure high availability and security standards.
- Mentor junior analysts and developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis, software development, or IT project management.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# and relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle).
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development life cycles (SDLC).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Ability to obtain a State of North Carolina criminal background check and fingerprinting.
