Responsibilities
- Design and maintain enterprise systems supporting 500+ state agency users
- Lead migration projects from legacy to cloud-based infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security compliance initiatives
- Develop technical documentation and training materials
- Analyze system performance data to optimize efficiency
- Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years enterprise IT infrastructure experience
- Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- CCP or AWS Solutions Architect certification
- Experience with state procurement processes
- Proficiency in PowerShell and Python scripting
- Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain
- Spanish language proficiency preferred
