Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex enterprise IT systems supporting state operations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in IT systems analysis or architecture
- Expertise in enterprise system integration (APIs, databases, middleware)
- Certification in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) or cybersecurity (CISSP/Security+)
- Experience with government IT compliance frameworks (NIST, FedRAMP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with SQL and scripting skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills with stakeholder management experience
