Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing IT systems to recommend improvements for efficiency, security, and scalability.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, including FISMA, NIST, and OMB guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain enterprise software solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior analysts and developers within the department.
- Manage system documentation, including architectural diagrams and technical specifications.
- Respond to and resolve system incidents and service requests to ensure minimal downtime.
- Perform regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems analysis within a government or large corporate environment.
- Active Top Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
