Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of federal IT requirements and design scalable, secure system solutions.
- Manage and troubleshoot complex network systems, server environments, and application stacks for government clients.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal security protocols, FedRAMP standards, and ITIL best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, system architecture diagrams, and implementation plans.
- Provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and training to federal staff members.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent years of experience).
- Active Secret or Top Secret Clearance (or ability to obtain one promptly).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in federal contracting or IT systems analysis.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and database management (SQL).
- Strong understanding of NIST, FISMA, and DoD security compliance frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder reporting and presentations.
