Responsibilities

- Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local government cybersecurity standards.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex hardware and software issues affecting city operations.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to ensure data integrity.
- Mentor junior IT staff and provide technical guidance on system upgrades.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems analysis or network administration.
- Experience working in a government or public sector environment is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and database management.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or ITIL v4 are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
