Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex database systems and data integrity protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical requirements and implement solutions.
- Conduct system performance analysis and recommend optimization strategies.
- Ensure compliance with state cybersecurity policies and regulations.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation and training materials for end-users.
- Provide tier-3 technical support and troubleshooting for internal systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Systems Analysis or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of database management systems (Oracle, SQL Server).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
