Key Responsibilities:
- Design, train, and fine-tune large-scale deep learning models for production deployment.
- Optimize inference pipelines to ensure sub-millisecond latency and high throughput.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of researchers, product managers, and engineers.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality and model governance.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching and integrating cutting-edge architectural patterns.
Qualifications:
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Extensive experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and Kubernetes.
- Proven track record of shipping high-impact AI products to market.
