- Prepare executive briefings and legislative proposals for senior leadership

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive policy experience in government or non-profit sector
- Expertise in quantitative/qualitative research methods and data analysis
- Proven track record of translating policy into actionable legislation
- Deep understanding of DC's governmental structure and legislative processes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the District
