Responsibilities

- Present findings to executive leadership and legislative bodies
- Monitor policy effectiveness and recommend adjustments
- Manage stakeholder engagement across public/private sectors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government/NGO settings
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SQL)
- Deep understanding of California's legislative process
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Project management certification (PMP or equivalent)
- Valid California driver's license
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required
