Responsibilities
- Lead development and implementation of citywide planning policies aligned with NYC's strategic goals
- Analyze complex urban challenges using data-driven approaches and stakeholder consultations
- Collaborate with mayoral agencies, community boards, and private sector partners
- Prepare comprehensive policy briefs and presentations for senior leadership

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Urban Planning, Public Policy, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in municipal government or urban planning
- Expertise in zoning, land use regulations, and environmental policy frameworks
- Proven ability to analyze quantitative/qualitative data and synthesize findings
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with policy expertise
- Proficiency in GIS software and urban planning analytical tools
