Responsibilities
- Analyze complex urban policy issues and recommend evidence-based solutions
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to develop strategic policy frameworks
- Conduct stakeholder engagement with community leaders and government officials
- Prepare comprehensive policy briefs and legislative recommendations
- Monitor federal regulations and assess local impact on DC residents
- Lead interdepartmental initiatives on housing, transportation, and economic development

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or non-profit
- Expertise in quantitative data analysis and policy modeling

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
