Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python, SPSS)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable policy recommendations
- Experience with community engagement methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Washington state regulatory frameworks
