Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years federal government or policy analysis experience
- Expertise in quantitative analysis and statistical modeling
- Proven track record of developing actionable policy recommendations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to navigate complex bureaucratic structures
- Knowledge of federal budget processes and regulations
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
