Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in policy analysis or government affairs
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or Python)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with stakeholder management and public engagement processes
- Knowledge of Texas municipal regulations and federal compliance requirements
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Master's degree preferred for senior-level positions
