Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive policy analysis frameworks for state healthcare and social service initiatives
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research using advanced statistical methods and data visualization tools

- Prepare detailed legislative briefings and executive summaries for senior leadership
- Manage multi-year policy evaluation projects with measurable outcomes
- Present findings to legislative committees and community stakeholders

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive policy analysis experience in government or non-profit sector
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (R, Python, or SAS) and data visualization tools
- Demonstrated experience with healthcare policy or social service program evaluation
- Superior written and verbal communication skills with complex stakeholder management
- Knowledge of Pennsylvania state government operations and legislative processes
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean driving record
