Responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate federal policies related to cybersecurity and critical infrastructure protection
- Prepare comprehensive policy briefs for Congressional committees and executive leadership
- Analyze emerging threats and recommend evidence-based mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with interagency partners including FEMA, NSA, and intelligence community
- Lead stakeholder engagement with private sector partners and industry associations
- Manage policy implementation projects with measurable impact metrics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Homeland Security, or related field
- 5+ years federal policy analysis experience with security clearance
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis (R, Python, SPSS)
- Demonstrated success in drafting Congressional testimony and regulatory proposals
- TS/SCI security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Expert knowledge of federal regulatory frameworks and legislative processes
