Responsibilities

- Monitor federal/state legislation impacts on local government operations

- Manage policy implementation timelines and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Urban Planning, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in municipal or state government
- Advanced proficiency in quantitative data analysis tools (SPSS, R, Python)
- Proven track record of developing evidence-based policy recommendations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
- Knowledge of North Carolina local government regulations
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
