Responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate complex health policy proposals for federal implementation
- Analyze legislative/regulatory impacts and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership
- Lead cross-agency task forces on emerging public health challenges
- Prepare high-stakes briefings for congressional committees and executive branch stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ federal grant portfolios ensuring compliance and strategic alignment

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Public Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of federal government policy analysis experience
- Expertise in healthcare economics and health systems modeling
- Top Secret security clearance (current or eligible)
- Proven track record of publishing policy-relevant research
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills for high-level audiences
