Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or non-profit sector
- Expertise in quantitative/qualitative research methods and statistical analysis
- Proven track record in developing legislative proposals and regulatory frameworks
- Deep understanding of Colorado's state government operations
- Strong proficiency in policy modeling software (e.g., Stata, R)
- Active Colorado security clearance eligibility
