Responsibilities
- Analyze complex state legislation and regulatory impacts
- Develop policy briefs and recommendations for executive leadership
- Coordinate cross-departmental stakeholder initiatives
- Conduct quantitative/qualitative research and data modeling
- Present findings to legislative committees and public forums
- Oversee policy implementation and compliance monitoring
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years government policy analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis tools (SPSS, R)
- Ohio state residency required at time of hire
- Valid Ohio driver's license
- Superior written/verbal communication skills
- Experience with federal grant compliance processes
